SHIPPING
Please note, our products are made to order, so please allow us 3-5 days to prepare your order, plus the additional shipping time, which will depend on your choice of shipping. Our products are created and shipped with great care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. We only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays in order to preserve the freshness of our products as much as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery time for any order placed on our site. Orders are shipped as soon as we can. Due to USPS regulations, we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, incorrect, or incomplete purchases. 

We urge you to select two-day-day shipping method if the temperature at your destination is above 70 degrees F. We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for melted product if you do not choose the two-day-shipping method for a destination where the temperature is above 70 degrees F.

Please note that the estimated arrival date is an estimate only. Delays may occur. We recommend you allow extra days in transit when selecting a date to ship your packages. We regret that we cannot offer a refund for weather-related delays, flight delays, mechanical issues or other issues USPS experiences.

 

PICK UP
Our pick up address is 11771 SW 137th Place Miami, Florida 33186. When you order with the pick up option, you will be able to select a date and time for when you wish to pick up your order. Pick Up days are Monday through Friday from 4PM - 7PM. You can also call or text us at 305-519-1858 for any questions regarding pick up.

Please note that texts will be more easily and more quickly responded to. An average-sized order should normally be ready for pickup with 24 hours, and you will be notified when it is ready. Please be aware that for larger pickup orders for baby showers, weddings, etc., more time may be required and we may have to contact you directly with this information. Our items can be frozen for up to a month and still enjoyed, so do not be afraid to order ahead if you have an event planned.
